Tim Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) registered with Michigan and Colorado, in the counseling field for over twenty years. Tim’s investment into the lives of his clients includes adults, and couples, adolescents, pre- adolescents,: individual sessions, groups, couples counseling. Tim’s role as the director of a faith-based substance abuse residential rehabilitation program entailed, working with mental illness, depression, anxiety, dual-diagnosis, addiction issues. In addition, Tim provided mentoring and supervising graduate level counseling interns. Tim taught counseling students, serving on the adjunct faculty of two different universities.
All of these areas have equipped Tim with a unique grasp of what is effective in helping people to move forward with more freedom. Tim studied at Colorado Christian University, initially graduating with a BA, followed by the completion of the Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling. From the Masters curriculum and many years experience in different agencies, private practice and contract work, eclectic counseling approaches were established.
Tim believes that when relationships break down; relationship skills are missing, or forgotten, restoring relationships brings redemptive change.
