Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a warm, caring professional who is concerned with assisting change in the life of adolescents, adults, and families. Michelle has an expressed interests in promoting change in those with substance abuse and mental illness, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, as well as grief and loss. Her theory approaches include Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution Focused, DBT, and Strengths based counseling. Michelle’s experience includes individual, couple, family and group counseling. Michelle received her masters degree in Professional Counseling and is a state Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). Michelle also provides clinical supervision to LLPC professionals on an individual basis. Michelle is dedicated to teach, coach, encourage and support those who are willing to take the journey, long or short, to recovery and to a better way of life. Michelle incorporates a Christ centered approach to the therapeutic process.
