Appointment Reminders
Please confirm all appointments when you receive your reminder.
You will receive 2 appointment reminders. The first will be 4-days before your appointment asking to confirm or change. You'll also receive a 24-hour reminder.
Appointment change requests after a 24-hour notice will result in a $45 fee.
